Thinking of you

I opened my front door to find a gift bag strategically placed smack bang in the middle of the way so that I just could not miss it. Inside was a personalised
card addressed to me and a necklace. What an awesome way to start the day! My beautiful friend had been thinking of me and knew I needed support that
day. It put the biggest smile on my face and literally made my day. I put it in my car so that when I finish work, I would see it straight away and
it put another huge smile on my face.

When someone puts that much effort into a gift that is out of the blue, it really is so special. Giving something during special days like birthdays, Christmas,
or Valentine’s Day when there is an expectation of a gift is one thing. Thinking of someone and doing the extra effort is another thing.

We are so caught up in our own lives and what is happening around us that it is easy to forget that a thoughtful gesture can mean the world to your friends
or strangers.

I am excited to share this with you as one small square piece of paper can be turned into a very thoughtful gift. Any colour and any size will do. I made
a dozen the other day after I watched this video, and left random gifts of kindness around the place, in letterboxes of my friends and on office desks.

Of course, with them being blue butterflies, my friends knew exactly who it was from and the messages I received back, because they knew I had been thinking
of them, was wonderful. I share this story with you because it cost me nothing, except a bit of time, so there is no excuse. I wish I could bottle
the feeling I had when I received my ‘thinking of you’ gift. The happy feeling inside you creates more happy feelings. Get In Sync with your sign and

In Sync With Your Sign

When you see your sign it’s so important to stop the tape that is playing in your head. Stop and just be, that is why we are called human beings, we are
‘beings’.

Stop the tape playing in your head.

Stop of one second, two, five seconds.

Think of nothing, focus on breathing in, out, in, out.

Feel the energy.



It’s amazing how many times and where your sign will show up, a photo, jewellery, sticker on a car, billboard, clothing, tattoo, sent to you and most important
a real live natural sign. When I am outside and a butterfly glide past I am still amazed.

My friends and family often point them out, I am so pleased they are seeing butterflies also especially blue ones. When you see your sign you are being
present moment and aware.

There are so many signs that you can choose from, mine was given to me and I gladly share this gift with you. Test it out and notice how many blue butterflies
find you. When you are ready to find the sign that resonates with you all you need to do is ask!

Meditate, pray, dream, sleep on it, ask the universe to show it to you and let the magic unfold. The more you stress or worry that you can’t find it, then
you know what, it won’t find you.

I am grateful when I see stars, you know the yellow dots you see when you stand up too fast, I think of them as my angels and it reminds me to get into
the present moment, smile and be grateful.

I Need Motivation!

Motivation is needed daily even just to complete simple tasks. Going for your dreams and desires take a little more effort. The important thing is to keep
going, stay focused, take action and how you feel matters.

I need motivation!

Don’t despise what you have been through, you needed the lessons. Some days you have to make your own sunshine.

Don’t miss the sun today worrying about the rain coming tomorrow.

The better I feel, the more connected I am. I am in control of my feelings. Your calm cue is your gps, your internal guidance. How you
feel matters, so stop and listen.

Your calm cue will show up when you need it the most.

Positive anything is better than negative thinking.

Can You Be A Better Person?

Working on personal development and yourself is very important. From doing things like developing good healthy habits
for your body, to good spending habits, you can work on a lot with your life. You should always be working on yourself. There is always something you
can improve on, keep this in mind as you strive to become a better person in life.

A life which is healthier and happier can be achieved by developing and keeping good habits. Spend time with people who look at life the same way you do.
This helps strengthen your resolve, reinforces positive thinking and keeps you away from toxic people who harm your dreams and goals. This is all part
of personal development.

There are plenty of great books on personal development available. Having a good personal development book can give
you insight and advice that will make a difference in your life forever. Make sure you select a book which has a few good reviews because some books
in the personal development genre can be very badly written.

Incorporate your belief system into daily living. Your personality is strongly shaped and supported by these principles. If you apply your principles to
your daily life you will feel better about yourself and the choices you make. Even better, when you act on your principles, you will become more consistent
without having to make any effort to do so. This is an excellent trait to be cultivating.

One way to make progress in your life is be humble. Understand that you are one part of the bigger picture. Realizing how tiny you are in the grand scheme
of things will help you to admit your ignorance. Once this concept is ingrained in your brain, you will be eager to learn new skills and expand your
knowledge in order to improve yourself.

Your unique and individual values can help to mold a productive personal development plan. It wouldn’t make sense to
develop a trait that was contrary to who you are. Instead, work on aspects of your life you want to improve that mesh well with your individual beliefs.
Implementing a plan for personal development can improve both your work and home life in the future.

Write something to pep yourself up. Make a list of all the good things about you, and put it on a postcard. When things get rough, take the card out, and

Birds Eye View

A great exercise is to imagine you are a bird.

Flying above all your earthly troubles and present thoughts. Be free to really imagine the feeling of having the air around you supporting you as you fly
effortlessly above the earth.

We get so caught up in our own situation and events that its hard to see the overall picture and focus on what is important and what is just noise distracting
us. Imagine what you can see. Imagine the problem you are facing. Imagine the situation you are in.

Now with the birds eye view look down and see how it is just one piece of a much larger puzzle and there are always different ways to deal with the situation
and certainly different ways to deal with the situation. Once you have removed yourself, to flying up high in the sky, it should be enough of a shift
to change your perspective.

Don’t sweat the small stuff and it is all small stuff. Be free flying and let your worries just disappear. A bird can
see the details and yet not be in the midst of the details, they can view the overall picture. Fly high and enjoy the freedom.

Feathers

Feathers are a very auspicious sign. I found one lying in the grass, gently resting.

I was totally in sync, and enjoying the moment to stop and look, it was magical. I was focusing on living in the moment. I bent down to take the photo
and even moved a piece of grass so that it showed the full feather.

I adjusted my phone so that it would take a square for a perfect size for instagram. It wasn’t till I stood up that I realised someone was watching me.
I had been so focused and living in the now.

I admit that I got a bit of a fright when I had snapped the perfect shot and stood up to see someone near me. We both just laughed because he said he didn’t
want to interupt me as I was so focused. I was so focused on how wonderful this white feather was and how perfect, he held his breath as I took the
photo.

Today I saw 4 feathers so today I was happy to call white feathers my sign as I am noticing they and they make me smile. Your sign is everywhere when you

Quiet Time

It’s 5am and the most beautiful ‘me’ time. At least a few times a week I find myself awake very early in the morning. I lie in bed for a while and meditate
and remind myself to just quiet my mind and thoughts.

Of course sometimes I fall fast asleep again which is great and I obviously need more sleep. I just love the mornings when I do get up, I pop the water
on and make myself a hot steaming cup of coffee.

The house is quiet and dark and I know my family are enjoying their last few hours of sleep. I, on the other hand, are enjoying the peace, quiet and serenity.
I enjoy listening to the birds waking up, the sky welcoming the new day and the morning brightness lighting up the house. Enjoying my coffee in solitude.

The sun is not up and yet the sky gets lighter and lighter while it goes through its morning ritual patiently waiting for the sunrise. My office is inviting
and inspiring and I surround myself with what I want to see and pictures that make me feel good.

It’s a wonderful time to gather my thoughts and set my intentions for the day. Find your bliss time and enjoy it.

Sand Everywhere!

I just love living by the ocean, I see the blue water everyday, I smell the salt air, I enjoy the feeling of being grounded when I walk on the beach.

Of course with this fun comes sand! No matter how much we try, it always comes in the house.

There is sand in my car thanks to the surf boards and sandy feet. I am certainly not complaining about the sand, I just find it everywhere. There is at
least one place where it doesn’t belong, not even one grain, and that is in my bed. For some reason it always gets in. Tonight it felt like half the
beach was in there! So I smoothed the sheets, shock the duvet, flattened the bottom sheet and fluffed the pillows.

I was thinking that it was a lot of effort tonight and then the bedside lamp flickered. Spooky. I went into the en suite to brush my teeth feeling accomplished
and my mind drifted to blue butterflies, I just had to smile when I realised that I was surrounded by blue tonight, blue sheets, blue bath mat, blue
beach pictures, blue butterfly stickers on my bathroom mirror.

Happy days. My sign is everywhere when I look and appreciate it. Get In Sync,

Give Yourself A Break

Give yourself a break everyday. I use to think that if I worked through lunch then I would be more productive, I could not have been more wrong.

There is a reason we are entitled to a break and it’s so important to make the most of it. I exercise during my lunch break, it takes some organising skills
and effort to get changed and showered before returning to work but it is certainly worth it. I am lucky enough to work by the beach so I take advantage
of going for a run, swim, using outdoor exercise equipment or doing yoga at the park.

My afternoon work schedule runs a lot smoother and I find that I am able to complete more tasks with a clearer head. Try not to think of everything that
has happened in the morning or what else I still have to complete for the day. I suggest you focus your attention on taking 10 deep breathes and give
your mind a mini break.

Regardless of what is around you, do yourself a favour and take a lunch break everyday for 2 weeks and then reflect on how the second half of your work
day went. It’s also amazing how many butterflies I see when I am outside enjoying my break. Your sign is everywhere when you Get In Sync.
