Banish anxiety and stress
Chaos to Calm

Banish Anxiety and Stress

“I’m done,” I told myself as I stumbled through the door ready to just throw in the towel.

“I can’t keep doing this. I’m exhausted, overwhelmed and I feel guilty all the time.”

“This is my 7th day in a row at work. The kids have a game tonight, there are parent teacher conferences and I know no one is going to want to see me like this. I feel like I’m losing it.”

I thought to myself, “It seems forever now that I have had to do this second job while the kids are at school. I feel so guilty doing it but there’s just no way to make ends meet without it.”

I was finishing my thought when I dropped my keys on the foyer table and fell onto the couch. The feel of the couch as it surrounded me and just cuddled me was something I needed. I took off my heels and heard them hit the floor. “I just need a 5-minute nap before I get up to feed the kids”, I told myself. “How can I possibly relax with all the chaos around me? I still have groceries to unpack and dinner to prepare!”

Does this sound like you? Do you know that 1 in 4 working mum’s break down in tears at least once a week? Well, I’m going to tell you how you can conquer these seemingly focused attacks on your health, sanity, and hidden power you have as a mother and show you how you can win, win, win…EVERY TIME!

I’m going to show you how to manage your stress and calm yourself in any situation…that’s right, ANY SITUATION!

I’m going to show you how to find your calm, and conquer your chaos.

Just imagine...

Tomorrow the kids aren’t ready for school and on top of the fact that they eat every day, today you have to remind them to eat. You run out of time to tidy the dishes and on the way to work you realize you forgot to take the meat out of the freezer. Now you have to figure something else out for dinner.

While on your commute you realize your lunch is sitting on the counter and you forgot to grab it thinking about the fact that you didn’t fold the clothes in the now overflowing laundry basket.

As you pull into the carpark remember there are never any here so you now have to drive somewhere else to find one, making you even more behind as you run to your desk and switch on your computer.

Through all of this, though, you have a secret. You may not be able to change any of these situations, but with the knowledge you now have learned…. YOU can take it all in stride and come out smiling and be even more relaxed. And here’s the kicker…it only takes you a second. That’s right, only 1 second to do this. But we’ll get to that in a minute.

Did you know stress can:

  • Make you gain weight
  • Make you lose your hair
  • Make you forget things
  • Affect your relationships (it affects your libido)
  • Triggers fight-or-flight response which means you can’t think straight or relax while stress and anxiety shut down non-essential systems

Stress is designed as a self-defence system for the body…it was never designed to be turned on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is designed to get you away from that sabre-tooth tiger that’s getting ready to eat you.

Anxiety can feel like:

  • Shortness of breath and hyperventilate
  • Hot flushes
  • Sweating, shaking and numbness
  • Fighting a war inside your head with fast racing thoughts
  • Overwhelm

Anxiety can affect your ability to concentrate, obsessive over thinking and contributes to insomnia. It can make you feel like you have no control.

But you my dear friend, know the secret. It’s the secret that doesn’t require you to spend 60 minutes sitting with your legs twisted like a pretzel, trying to relax, while somehow trying to figure out how you are going to get your leg from behind your head when you’re done.

And it doesn’t require hours and hours of classes, videos, or webinars either.

Listen to others who’ve learned the secret of breathing…

  • “Practising regular, mindful breathing can be calming and energizing and can even help with stress related health problems ranging from panic attacks to digestive orders.” – Dr Andrew Weil
  • “Breathing in, I calm body and mind. Breathing out, I smile. Dwelling in the present moment, I know this is the only moment.” – Thich Nhat Hanh
  • “I am willing to see things differently. I am willing to see love. … The way to steady ground is through my breath.” – Gabrielle Bernstein, a motivational speaker, life coach, and New York Times best selling author
  • “Smile, breathe, and go slowly” – Thich Nhat Hanh
  • “When you own your own breath, nobody can steal your peace.” – unknown
  • “In this very breath that we now take lies the secret that all great teachers try to tell us.” – Peter Matthiessen

Clearly, the breath is super important. Clearly it is one of the most important things in our life. But who has time to sit there for half an hour practicing breathing every day!

I know I don’t and I’m guessing you don’t. And you won’t have to. I want to tell you about my new course called, Breathe. But this is unlike any course you have ever encountered before. This course is created specifically with you in mind.

Amongst other things, in it you will learn the technique I mentioned above, the 1-second method for instantly relaxing and finding your calm, but you will discover it so much differently.

The Secret Power of your BREATH

The Secret Power of your BREATH

Welcome to the first day of the rest of your life. You are not your past and the future is not here yet, all you have is the present moment. Don’t cry
over the past, it’s gone. All the challenges you have been through were lessons in disguise. Now is the time to allow yourself a glimmer of hope that
you can move on from the experiences so they stop weighing you down. If you keep reliving the memories of the past it is like dragging around old scruffy suitcases, they are comfortable but they are a burden and a right pain in the backside.

Don’t stress about the future, it hasn’t arrived. Being organised and planning future events or goals is different to worrying about tomorrow.
Often the thought of what might or could happen in the future starts our brains on a journey of worry and stress. Your brain remembers the past when things didn’t go your way and this can spiral your brain into a worst case scenario.

It’s time to realise that life is created day by day, moment by moment and breath by breath. Today’s message is for you to the start to discover the small moment of calm you can experience when you are simply aware that chaos is not serving you. Live in the present and make it beautiful or you can stay in the endless cycle of thoughts of the past.

Find your calm. Conquer your chaos

NOT – find your chaos and conquer your calm. Pat yourself on the back for acknowledging that you have a choice, and that choice is that you can focus on your chaos or you can stop thinking for one second. Just do it right now, and take one deep breath and focus on your breathing instead of your chaos. Just one deep breathe is enough to stop the chaos and the brain starts to rewire itself.

Imagine you are watching a pre-recorded movie and you pause the screen. Your breath is like the pause button to allow you to catch your breath, centre yourself and find your balance within the chaos.

This might seem way too simple, you can’t eliminate stress and anxiety yet you can use it to your advantage, chaos will always find you but start to become aware of the chaos. Stop dwelling on it, just be aware!

You can’t find your calm and conquer your chaos when you are in the midst of stress and anxiety. BUT you can STOP your thoughts which
breaks the chaos and brings you to the awareness of your breathe. You will get through the situation easier. The more you practice conscious breathing
the shorter the stressful periods will become. You will feel more in control of yourself and how you respond.

You can find one second of calm in the midst of chaos when you stop thinking, stop speaking, stop doing, stop responding, you will allow one second of control and awareness. Even the smallest change right now can result in a drastic difference in the future. Finding harmony in the middle of a difficulty is where the opportunity lies.

By accepting that you will always have chaos means that you are starting to become aware of the chaos. This means you are on the right path, breathing
is a journey and you are now creating a new habit, you can focus on the chaos or you can focus on breathing instead. Its your choice. WELL DONE, you are on track.

STOP reading, STOP thinking, take ONE deep breathe right now!

When you are panicked or stressed you don’t make smart decisions. When your brain is stressed and anxious you physically feel the fight or flight response as it causes physical symptoms like:

  • Accelerated heart rate
  • Increased attention and focus that acts like ‘tunnel vision’
  • Dilation of blood vessels
  • Thickening of the blood
  • Tension in the muscles
  • Quickened, deeper breathing
  • Pupil dilation
  • Enhanced memory
  • Reduced digestive and immune function
  • Pain reduction
  • Heightened sensitivity in your senses
  • Increased energy
  • Increased muscle fibre recruitment

Congratulate yourself that your brain and body are doing exactly what they should, which is to save you from a lion attack. You see the fight or flight
response goes back to when we needed to stay alert and aware of attacks so that the adrenaline could pump round our body and we could get out of danger. Most of the time though, we are no longer in danger. The simple act of being aware of ONE breathe is enough to calm the fight or flight response down. In short, stress can take a serious toll on the body and eventually leave you feeling ill, exhausted and broken.
Take one breathe and feel it fill your diaphragm. This will create a calmer emotion, stop the chaos of your thoughts and your brain will be aware of the present moment so that you can self-regulate your thoughts, one breathe at a time. Calm is an emotion, it is a space between one thought and the next. Your heart beats faster when you are stressed, breathing deeply slows your heart because you are becoming more aware. It shifts your focus from your thoughts and connects you to your soul.

Breathe. Slow and deep breathing is the cornerstone of calm

Your breath brings more awareness into your body, as oxygen fuels every cell, increasing your consciousness of the depth of this moment, felt as a deep sense of joy in the heart… Breathe in deeply to bring your mind home to your body – Thich Nhat Hanh

BREATHE in the calm, EXHALE the chaos.

Stress and anxiety are emotions, they make you more aware and motivated. They are very useful emotions but that trouble now is that most of the time the mere thought of stress and anxiety is enough to cause us unnecessary mental and physical pain. During this course you will continue to learn how to gain control of your emotions during the stress and chaos of daily life. You will continue to discover one day at a time, one email at a time and one
breathe at a time so that you can use stress to become useful or you become useless and frozen with fear.

Panic attacks also cause shaking, restlessness, rapid and shallow breathing, nausea and butterflies in the stomach. The physical toll this takes is exhausting. The more tired you are the less you can do and it becomes a downward spiral. The fight or flight response burns through your energy making you feel physically and mentally exhausted.

Remember that the past has already happened and don’t ruin today worrying about tomorrow.

As you take a deep breathe, remember to only focus on that breathe and this will stop your brains chaos. SMILE as you exhale and THAT one gesture of smiling is enough to change your awareness from stress and anxiety into being aware of this ONE second, this one breathe.

Negative vs Positive

Negative emotions allow us to focus our awareness and the emotions are trying to connect you to problems so that you can find solutions. Emotions and feelings help us to zone in on a problem so we can not only deal with the challenges and also learn from them. But too many negative emotions can make us feel overwhelmed, anxious, mentally and physically exhausted, or stressed out.

Positive emotions balance out negative ones and together they both play a vital role in your overall well being. Positive emotions also builds our resilience which helps us emotionally cope better.

Positive emotions feel good because they are good for you. Acknowledge the negative emotions but don’t dwell on them. Embrace and enjoy the positive feelings.

Being positive makes you more aware, stops the chaos of your thoughts and creates a break between your thoughts. The more positive you are the better you will feel and more you will want and strive for this feeling.

Smile as you exhale

By making breathing your first aid when you start to feel stressed, it will over time, stop panic attacks and suppress the fight or flight response. It takes time to create a new habit, some days you will have more success than other days. Keep trying, keep breathing, keep going, keep taking the journey of life one breathe at a time. When you stop your thoughts you create a space for the energy to shift. Its time for a shift. When is NOW the right time to get in control of your emotions?

Remember to take this one day at a time, one breath at a time. At first it is normal for your thoughts to try and convince you that the simple act of taking just one deep breath could not possibly help you with stress and anxiety. But stick with this as this is part of the journey to create the habit of
self-regulating your emotions by being in control of what is normally a subconscious function – breathing.

Breathing properly is the magic pill you have been searching for. Breathing and your heart beating are essential for life. Breathing also has direct connections to your emotional states, moods and feelings. When you are stressed and anxious you breathe shallow, fast and irregular and you will probably catch yourself holding your breath. When you breathe slowing and deeply you are allowing your body to relax and get the oxygen to your brain and organs. Breathing centres yourself emotionally and your nerves will automatically slow down.

Stop – Breathe – Smile. Take one deep breathe in and focus only on the physical act of take a breath, this stops you thinking, fills your lungs and smiling when you exhale brings your awareness to a more positive feeling. To discover how to achieve more calm in less than 30 days click here.

How to Control your Stress and Anxiety

How to Control your Stress and Anxiety

Stress and anxiety creep up and grab you by the throat, it slowly sucks the air out of your life giving lungs. It feels like all the energy in your body
is slowly draining and there is nothing you can do. The spiral of negative thoughts swirl around in your mind until it consumes even the slightest
trace of any positivity you had.

It is so sneaky that it seems like smoke slowly but surely filling your bedroom at night. It is like being in a lovely peaceful dream that turns into a
horrible nightmare. You have no control over it. The life sucking force has taken its grip of you without your permission.

There are signs along the way that you are suffocating and yet your brain processes this a normal. Everyone else is stressed out and seem to cope so I
have to also just keep going, day after day, paycheck after paycheck and I can rest when I get old.

There are so many demands to deal with daily and so little time. Best I get even busier and keep suffering because that is all I seem able to do.

Slowly but surely the stress keeps piling up, its unrelenting. It feels like a ten tonne weight has been placed on your chest and very slowly, one
situation throws you into the next and the weight gets heavier and heavier. Your life force is being taken from you moment by moment and because
it is such a slow gradual process you hardly notice. Well done stress and anxiety, your claws have a firm grip on me, without my permission, and
you are clawing your way deeper and deeper into my skin.

I keep going, I keep the motion of a life going, I keep plodding on from one chaotic moment to the next.

Anxiety invited itself to the stress party and like a guest that over stays its welcome, was so subtle, so gentle at first, now just won’t leave and
causes mischief to stir my emotions and make my heart race.

Why me, this is so unfair, I am just doing what everyone else is to survive the daily grind.

The fog of overwhelm and confusion is taking over your body one cell at a time. First your brain kicks into survival mode and you fear an attack. The
attacks keep coming unrelenting and unforgiving, it is a constant battering that never goes away. So little by little negativity thoughts replace
positive ones. One experience after another and how can you deal with it when life is throwing you all these curve balls.

Stress and anxiety take over your eyes and all you can see is the treadmill you are on, must keep going and going and going. All you can see now is
clouded by the visions of the bad thoughts in your head.

You are blinded by the only options that you can see right in front of you, the ones that smack you in the face and tell you that this is normal and
everyone else is stressed. This is normal with all the demands of work and being available 24/7, parenting gets tougher as the kids get older,
you are in survival mode and don’t even know it.

You are bombarded with the daily onslaught of social media. Feelings of jealously and fear grip and warp your sense of perspective. The insane addition
of constantly checking your accounts and what your ‘friends’ are up to causes your heart to race and your breathing to be shallow.

Chronic overthinking is like being on a rollercoaster, oh the ups and down and thrills have turned into a horror movie. You are so snuggly buckled
into the ride that you can’t find the stop button and the ride is on a continuous endless loop and you are the prisoner in your own hell.

You smile and put on a happy face because you are coping, just, but inside you wonder how you are going to get through the day.

Anxiety starts as a little murmur in your chest, the occasional skipping of a beat is fine to ignore because you are too busy to even notice. Your
heart races out of control and the way your body copes is to hold its breath and make your breathing even shallower.

You have no options, you are consumed with stress and anxiety and the worst part is that this is just the beginning of the end and yet you are still
so unaware what a toll this is taking on your mind, body and spirit.

You are now so stuck and this all happened so slowly and kept attacking you and all you can do is keep going doing what you have always been doing.
It’s like the battery on your phone slowly losing its charge. Dropping one percent at a time until you get a warning that you need to charge it,
but if you ignore the message they increase their intensity until its critical.

Your body was trying to warn you. It was sending you signals and messages but you were too busy to notice. Like your car, there are only so many buttons,
lights and warning beeps, if you keep ignoring the messages it will stop and probably at the worst most inconvenient time.

This was my life until one day something happened ….

I was blissfully unaware of how consumed my life was with all this pressure. As a working parent providing for my family left no time for me. It would
have been selfish to spend time or money on myself. I ‘thought’ I was fine, but little did I know that I was leading down a very dark path and
didn’t realise it.

My world came crashing down the moment I slammed the boot of my car into my temple. I hit my head so hard that the pain took me straight to the ground
and blood poured down my face. It took all the energy and strength I had left to get my very young kids inside the house before I passed out of
the couch.

I had not even realised that I was in trouble until that very moment. This was my wake up call. It took days before I even vaguely felt slightly better.

It took a smash on my head for me to figure out that I needed help. I realised after years of researching to work out the best solution. I read books,
attended seminars paid for courses. I have been where you are and it’s time to stop the suffering.

When is NOW the right time for you to learn from my mistakes?

How many times do you have to hit rock bottom?

What warning signs are you ignoring?

Stop searching for answers – here is the solution you need.

I will show you a very simple technique that stops my chaos of stress and anxiety, calms
my mind and body all in one second. Yes ONE second. You need this. The trick to life is to just keep breathing through the chaos.

The solution you are searching for is just a breath away.

It’s funny, but you never really think much about breathing. Until it’s all you ever think about

Conscious breathing heightens awareness and deepens relaxation

Breathing is not the same as being alive. A great number of people breathe but never live.

Start living today and discover the most powerful calming relief you can give yourself. You will feel more in control. Your will rediscover your power
by learning why and how to breathe properly.

My parent we not sure I would live long enough to even start school!

Life is too serious to take too seriously

Life is too serious to take too seriously

This could be one of the most serious messages you get but have fun with it and don’t take it too seriously.

Confused yet?

If you are like me, I take everything too seriously and found out the hard way that I was not perfect, I could have everything but not all at once, I made
mistakes, I am a mother but also learning on the job without a job description.

My kids didn’t come with an instruction manual either. Or maybe I left that at the hospital in all the chaos of dealing with a new born, feeding, hormones,
nappy changing and to top it off the haze and confusion due to lack of sleep.

My kids are now teenagers and some days I think I have everything under control yet chaos enters my world and I realise that the only control I have is
how I react and if I want the situation to be different I have to change the way i view the situation. The only influence I have is me, my thoughts
and most important are my feelings.

How I feel greatly effects how I react or respond.

Do I curl up in the corner in the fatal position blubbering? Or look at the situation for what it is and not what I ‘think’ it is?

There is so much more I want to share with you. Check out the link below to find your calm and discover the world of possibilities so that you can have
the cake, enjoy it, laugh about it and not take life or yourself too seriously.

This is fun, it will make you smile and you will laugh at how ridiculously simple yet effective my first aid calm technique.

Conquering your chaos by building your resilience

Conquering your chaos by building your resilience

Life is full of changes and challenges and the more resilient you are determines your ability to bounce back and manage coping with the ups and downs of
life. Being stretched allows you to grow and be more accepting of change.

Resilience or grit helps us deal with stressful situations, crisis, trauma,
death and adversity. It is the process of adapting well in the face of adversity. This is important because it is how you behave and act during the
crisis and chaos as well as how you view the event after is what matters.

Have you felt stretched and unable to cope under pressure? We all face challenges daily and our ability to get through them strengthens you or brings you
to your knees.

A simple explanation of resilience means bouncing back after an adversity.
Through dealing with adversity, problems and setbacks it develops your resilience and ability to cope with certain situations.

The dictionary states that resilience is a way of describing the quality of something that goes back to it’s original form after it has been bent or stretched.

Once you have learnt something you can’t unlearn it. After you have been through a traumatic experience you are changed and can’t undo the experience.
Once a rubber band is stretch it never goes back to its original form, it is stretched and expanded.

Life is full of changes and challenges and the more resilient you are determines your ability to bounce back and manage coping with the ups and downs of
life. Being stretched allows you to grow and be more accepting
of change.

Resilience helps us deal with stressful situations, crisis, trauma, death and adversity. It is the process of adapting well in the face of adversity. This

Have you felt stretched and unable to cope under pressure? We all face challenges daily and our ability to get through them strengthens you or brings you

What can seem like mild stress one day can easily escalate when situations are compounded and stacked one on top of each other. Also what might seem like
mild pressure to someone can seem extreme to another person.

Resilience is about maintaining flexibility and balance in your life as you deal
with the chaos. Find your calm, conquer your chaos.

Celebrate Small Successes

Celebrate Small Successes

On a typical day I sat down to make a few calls, a few I had been putting off because I knew it would take a few minutes to either chat or navigate around
the menu, push 1 for this option, 2 for this option etc. The first call was to the dentist to book a clean, we confirmed a date and time and I wrote
this down.

I don’t know about you but I forget if I don’t write it down then I stress about trying to remember it. I write everything down as it enforces it in my
brain. Especially goals, if you write them down you are more likely to achieve them as you set your intentions.

Before I had even hung up I moved straight to my next item on my ‘to do’ list. Call medical insurance because they denied a claim for my daughter which
I knew I was entitled to.

It had been a long process which I won’t bore you with but let’s just say, 3 dental opinions, general anaesthetic procedure, braces, poor kid with sore
teeth for two weeks, bills, anaesthetist, hospital fees, medicare and this was the final piece at the end of all this drama.

After entering all my details and navigating through the phone automation, I was finally chatting to a real person and once I had explained everything
this was his actual response “Sorry but we only looked at the first line of the form and that item was not claimable so we stopped, denied your whole
claim, and didn’t look at the next item.” Sincere apology, the refund will be in your account tomorrow.

As he was saying this I had mentally ticked this off my ‘to do’ list and was already thinking of my next call.

Wait.

Stop.

Congratulate myself on small successes. This is my ridiculously simple technique.

Stop thinking. Take one deep breathe. Smile. That is it and it only takes seconds. Not minutes or hours.

So in between calls I celebrated. Dentist booked. Medical claim finally complete and a refund, happy dance.

Stop. Breathe. Smile.

Join me to find out how this can mathematically and scientifically be explained with the chaos theory. One small change right now, radically changes the
outcome. The effect might appear random and insignificant and yet it creates order out of chaos.

Its ridiculously simple and that’s the best part. It takes no effort, is so simple yet extremely effective.

You can concentrate much better on the next call. Feel accomplished and have you laughing at how ridiculously simple your calm cue is to help you find
your calm and conquer your chaos. Check out this link.

Get out of your head – Stress, Anxiety and Chaos

Get out of your Head – Stress, Anxiety and Chaos

The famous scientist Albert Einstein, knew a thing or two and spent his lifetime trying to understand the workings of the world. He explored science, physics,
astronomy and spirituality and left school at an early age because he didn’t fit into the student mould as set out by his teachers.

He said, The basic laws of the universe are simple, but because our senses are limited, we can’t grasp them. There is a pattern in creation.

There is an order to the chaos. We only see a tree but there is more to a tree including its roots and the oxygen it generates. Flowers a beautiful and
smell sweet and they are there for the bees to pollinate other plants.

Albert said, Out of clutter, find simplicity, from discord, find harmony.

In the middle of difficulty lies opportunities.

Many times Einstein would make a quote that was related to his work, but it also could be applied to other areas of life in general.

He also said, No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it.

So try something new.

Look at a situation from a different angle.

Walk away and sleep on the solution instead of simply doing the same thing expecting a different result.

A person who never made a mistake never tried anything new.

This final quote is one of my favourites as I am constantly learning, reading and trying to figure out what my life purpose is and how I can be of service
and I see little miracle every day.

There are only two ways to live your life.

One is as though nothing is a miracle.

The other is as though everything is a miracle.

So try something new now and discover that there is calm to be found in any chaos. There is order to chaos and you can stop the chaos or at least manage yourself in the midst of chaos.

Put an End to Your Stress and Reduce Anxiety

Put an End to Your Stress and Reduce Anxiety

  • Is your head foggy so that you can’t think clearly?
  • Racing thoughts and a rapid heartbeat grip you daily making it hard to even breathe?

Congratulations this is normal and your mind is working as it should – if you were a cave person and in a genuine danger.

Most people want to feel like that they have control of their lives but:

  • when you don’t know how to manage your triggers,
  • take on board other people’s problems, and
  • listen to their opinions,
  • then we end up sleep deprived, exhausted, lack purpose and direction and burnt out

Enough is enough and there are easy, simply solutions that you can use straight away.

We are all time poor these days. Connected to devices and work and feel the constant need to reply straight away to texts and emails. Checking social media

LOA Why You Need to Let It Go

LOA Why You Need to Let It Go

This week I was asked a great question and I got inspired to share my view on the LOA. Keep focusing on your desire and when to let it go.

Question:

I just saw ‘Law of attraction’ on the side bar of your blog page and I’m yet to read your posts about it. I have been dying to ask somebody a question
regarding LOA without sounding delusional to the sceptics. Just wondering your thoughts on this one because I’m beyond confused with all the information
I have read. Everyone says to focus on your desire with intense feeling until you get it, but others say ask, believe- LET GO, and then receive. I
have tried the letting go part and it does work but which is it supposed to be? Any ideas?

Answer:

That is actually a great question and one I tried and tried to feel and get my head around. My thoughts are:

The LOA is about focusing on what you want and not what you don’t have.

When you focus on what you want you create a desire to have it.

You need to focus on the feeling of already having what you desire which is where the ‘let it go’ comes in because otherwise you create doubt. What I mean
is that when you only focus on what you want you probably attach feelings to it from a place of not having it. And then when your desire doesn’t show
up you keep focusing on ‘why me, what is wrong, the LOA doesn’t work, every time I ask for something it doesn’t show up’ and the doubt intensifies.

When you know for sure that you want the desire, you need the desire, it will show up, only then will you have no doubts, then the desire will show up.

  • Ask.
  • Believe you already have it.
  • Each day feel the feeling of already having it.
  • Let it go so your doubt can’t creep in.
  • Receive, be open to the opportunity for it to show up.

Life is all about the journey to get your desire and not the destination. When you only focus on the end result you miss the present moment and the energy
to create in the NOW.

Let go of the end result and enjoy the opportunities that are around you when you are aware and open. This helps to cement your desire and make you really
want it or tweak your desire.
