Teenagers will discover:

  • They need a strong sense self-awareness, self-reliance and self-confidence.
  • They have the ability to transform each moment
  • Every challenge they faced was actually supporting and helping them
  • Life is a balance of holding on and letting go
  • Everything they need to be happy is inside them already
  • To make their courage bigger than fear
  • It’s ironic that the only person who can make you really happy, is the same person who makes you really sad and lonely.

I really liked reading through “Free to be me”, I finished it in 2 nights! It is good to see the parallels you draw between the natural and human world and I especially like how the 2 meet at the end of the book. It makes this book accessible to both children and adults.

I enjoyed your latest book Free to be Me. I found it very insightful and easy to read. The characters personalities made the story interesting and easy to follow. The message conveyed would be appreciated by teenagers and adults. Loved how the stories came together in the end. I would also recommend “The Road to Resilience” which I found extremely motivating and uplifting.
